I’m Brian, a backyard brewer who’s messed up more batches than I can count, but I still do it every week. Why? Because when one batch finally hits that sweet spot, it reminds me why I started: the thrill of the process, the scent of fresh hops, and that moment you realize you made this.
I brew with simple gear in my kitchen, and after two years I’ve had some real winners, a lot of “eh”s, and plenty of nuclear disasters. Brewing different styles is like dancing with a new partner, awkward at first, but with time and practice, you find your rhythm.
